Testing Common Rail Injectors

With injector testers types DET 062 and DET 063 (5), measuring range 0-600 bar, the CREIS 01 (3) electronic injector control system and the CREL XX (2) electronic power section (depending on the injector manufacturer), Common Rail injectors can be function tested in removed condition for faults such as dribbling,
pressure loss, etc. At the same time, the return flow volume can be measured with the CRRMK 01 (4) Common Rail return flow tester; can be used with the injectors of every manufacturer with the aid of replaceable adapters.
