Testing of the individual functions is effected by the lighting-up of the correspondingly marked LED. The tester is fitted with load resistors for the flasher function; as a result, the green indicator lamp in the instrument panel flashes when the flasher switch is operated.
The ZWT 2000x series permits the electrical socket on the tractor unit to be tested. Automatic voltage identification for 12 or 24 V by LED display, impact-protected plastic housing. Connection to the corresponding socket is established by various ZWTA-series adapter cables. A bayonet catch on the tester allows rapid changeover of adapter cables. To enable testing of the individual functions to be carried out from the driver´s seat, a 5.00 m (16.4 ft) extension cable VK 2000 can be connected between the tester and the adapter. Approved for safety testing.
